Hello, my name is Denise and I bring a wealth of experience and compassion to the room, specializing in trauma recovery for Black women and women of color. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) level one, and psychedelic therapy. I offer a unique and holistic approach to healing using eco-therapy, and urban somatic therapy in intensive therapy settings. I am licensed through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage & Family Therapists. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), MDMA Psychedelic Assisted Therapy through the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and trained through Journey Clinical for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
